Understanding that sometimes a parent simply needs to know that they are not alone in navigating through the college prep process, we provide the additional support that parents need beyond school walls. We advocate for you and with you by asking you what you need to in order to connect you with the right resources to bring you clarity. We design workshops sessions that are easily accessible and flexible to accommodate your schedule. We ask parents the following questions:
1. What's on your "wish list" for college prep support?
2. What does your future plan look like for your child?
3. How soon can we get started to support you?
When we say we represent students, we mean that we take careful consideration in every student we come across and make sure they know we are advocating for them and with them to excel. We celebrate every time a student advocates for more support in reaching their academic goals. Every student has their own idea for their future. Sometimes a young person needs to simply know that there's additional support beyond school walls.
College Prep & Connect Clinic provides services that are geared towards tailormade workshops to meet the needs of students in small groups so that they can have small group individualized support as well.
We have partnered with local businesses and organizations that have high school employees and students to provide workshops for financial aid and FAFSA, scholarships and learning about school options and more! We ask students the following questions:
1. Where do you want to be?
2. How do you plan to get there?
3. What does your support system look like?

Our model for community engagement is used to ensure that we provide opportunities for stakeholders to get involved in actively supporting the schools and parents in local areas.
We rely on the goodness of those who value donating time, resources and sharing knowledge for the advancement of students to increase the chances that no students who want to achieve academic goals are left behind. We believe that the conversation and support for college should extend beyond the school walls because there are so many opportunities that students can be exposed to and can take advantage of within their own communities.
When we identify community partners we connect with those who are:
1. Equally as passionate about our youth
2. Wanting to promote the opportunities and resources that their company has to offer
3. Enthusiastic about giving back to the community
